    2. Nature of the Platform (Marketplace Disclaimer)

    Horsepower House is a listing and advertising marketplace only.

    • We do not buy, sell, broker, inspect, transport, or insure vehicles
    • We do not handle payments, deposits, contracts, or negotiations
    • All communication, negotiations, inspections, and transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers
    • Listings are provided free of charge

    Horsepower House is not a party to any transaction between users.

    3. User Eligibility

    By using the Website, you confirm that:

    • You are at least 18 years of age
    • You have the legal capacity to enter into agreements
    • You are legally permitted to buy or sell motor vehicles in your jurisdiction

    4. Listings & Seller Responsibilities

    When listing a vehicle on Horsepower House, sellers agree that:

    • All information provided is true, accurate, and not misleading
    • They have the legal right to sell the vehicle
    • The vehicle is not stolen, encumbered, or subject to undisclosed finance (unless clearly stated)
    • Photos and descriptions accurately represent the vehicle

    Horsepower House does not verify:

    • Ownership
    • Vehicle condition
    • Registration status
    • Financial encumbrances
    • Roadworthiness

    5. Buyer Responsibilities

    Buyers acknowledge and agree that:

    • They are responsible for conducting their own due diligence
    • This includes inspections, PPSR checks, mechanical checks, and legal verification
    • Any reliance on listing information is done at their own risk

    Horsepower House does not provide advice or guarantees regarding vehicles listed.

    6. Communication Between Users

    • Buyers contact sellers directly via phone, email, or other contact details provided by the seller
    • Horsepower House is not responsible for communications, responses, or outcomes
    • We do not monitor or record user communications

    7. Fees

    • Vehicle listings on Horsepower House are currently free
    • We reserve the right to introduce paid features or services in the future, with notice

    8. Prohibited Use

    You must not:

    • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
    • Use the platform for scams or unlawful activity
    • Harvest user data or contact details
    • Post offensive, defamatory, or illegal content
    • Impersonate another person or business

    We reserve the right to remove listings or suspend users at our discretion.

    9. Intellectual Property

    All website content, branding, logos, layout, and design are the property of Horsepower House unless otherwise stated.

    Users grant Horsepower House a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use listing content (including photos and descriptions) for display and promotional purposes.

    10. Limitation of Liability
